Protheus AI is an AI-powered software architecture analysis platform that provides:

• Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) generation
• Technical feasibility analysis and reports
• Budget estimation and timeline projections
• Sprint planning and user stories generation
• Technology stack recommendations
• Risk assessment and viability reports

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive one free project analysis. No credit card required for the trial.

4.2 Paid Plans

• Professional Plan: Monthly subscription with unlimited analyses
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with dedicated support

4.3 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• No refunds for partial months or unused analyses
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build similar products
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or our staff
• Submit false or misleading information
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

Protheus AI, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of project descriptions and data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Process your data to generate analyses and reports
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
• Display your content within the platform

6.3 Generated Output

You own the ADRs, reports, and documentation generated by the platform. We retain the right to use anonymized versions for training and improvement purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 AI-Generated Content

Protheus AI uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy:

• Results are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy
• AI output should be reviewed by qualified professionals
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports
• Budget and timeline estimates are approximations, not guarantees

7.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

7.3 No Professional Advice

Protheus AI provides technical analysis tools, not professional consulting services. Our output should not be considered legal, financial, or architectural advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, etc.)
• You use the Service at your own risk

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Content you submit to the platform

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Pose a security risk to the platform

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data (subject to our retention policies).

11. Data Protection

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use third-party services including:
